Sami Tolvanen f6bb92455a gendwarfksyms: Expand structure types 
Recursively expand DWARF structure types, i.e. structs, unions, and
enums. Also include relevant DWARF attributes in type strings to
encode structure layout, for example.

Example output with --dump-dies:
