John Hubbard f6797dca29 gpu: nova-core: Ada: basic GPU identification ...

...which is sufficient to make Ada GPUs work, because they use the
pre-existing Ampere GPU code, unmodified.

Tested on AD102 (RTX 6000 Ada).
