Russell King 10bdaaa0fa [ARM] ecard: add ecardm_iomap() / ecardm_iounmap() ...

Add devres ecardm_iomap() and ecardm_iounmap() for Acorn expansion
cards.  Convert all expansion card drivers to use them.
