Lucas De Marchi ecab2a6ee2 drm/i915: Remove XEHP_FWRANGES() 
Now that DG2 is the only user of this forcewake table, remove the macro
and use FORCEWAKE_RENDER explicitly for range 0xd800 - 0xd87f.
