Naoya Horiguchi e3390f67a7 hwpoison: rename CONFIG ...

CONFIG_HUGETLBFS controls hugetlbfs interface code.
OTOH, CONFIG_HUGETLB_PAGE controls hugepage management code.
So we should use CONFIG_HUGETLB_PAGE here.
