Dapeng Mi 16dd43dfd6 perf x86 evlist: Update comments on topdown regrouping ...

Update to remove comments about groupings not working and with the:
```
perf stat -e "{instructions,slots},{cycles,topdown-retiring}"
```
case that now works.
