Alistair Francis d568cb3f93 riscv: defconfig: Update the defconfig 
Update the defconfig:
 - Add CONFIG_HW_RANDOM=y and CONFIG_HW_RANDOM_VIRTIO=y to enable
   VirtIORNG when running on QEMU
