Mario Limonciello d78c227fce drm/amd: Add amdgpu_hwmon_get_sensor_generic() ...

Many sensor function have a lot of boilerplate checks.  Move these
into a generic amdgpu_hwmon_get_sensor_generic() instead.

No intended functional changes.
