Flora Cui cc45065429 drm/amdgpu: remove duplicated codes ...

the fence_context and seqno is init in amdgpu_vm_manager_init() &
amdgpu_vmid_mgr_init(). remove the amdgpu_vmid_mgr_init() copy.
