Szymon Janc fada4ac339 Bluetooth: Use kthread API in cmtp ...

kernel_thread() is a low-level implementation detail and
EXPORT_SYMBOL(kernel_thread) is scheduled for removal.
Use the <linux/kthread.h> API instead.
