Thomas Gleixner c305d524e5 softirq: Avoid stack switch from ksoftirqd
ksoftirqd() calls do_softirq() which switches stacks on several
architectures. That makes no sense at all. ksoftirqd's stack is
sufficient.

Call __do_softirq() directly.
