Danilo Krummrich c2437c43cf rust: dma: implement DataDirection ...

Add the `DataDirection` struct, a newtype wrapper around the C
`enum dma_data_direction`.

This provides a type-safe Rust interface for specifying the direction of
DMA transfers.
