Paul Mackerras c1c3a554a3 powerpc: 32-bit needs cur_cpu_spec exported too ...

Somehow we ended up with an #ifdef CONFIG_PPC64 around the export
of cur_cpu_spec, but raid6 as a module needs it on ppc32 as well
as ppc64.
