Yinghai Lu bdc4abecae PCI: Replace resource_list with generic list 
So we can use helper functions for generic list.  This makes the
resource re-allocation code much more readable.

-v2: Use list_add_tail instead of adding list_insert_before, Pointed out
     by Linus.
