Bhaumik Bhatt bcbaccdf9f bus: mhi: core: Remove double occurrence for mhi_ctrl_ev_task() declaration 
mhi_ctrl_ev_task() in the internal header file occurred twice.
Remove one of the occurrences for clean-up.
