Chuck Lever b8fe677fd0 xprtrdma: Update comments that reference ib_drain_qp 
Commit e1ede312f1 ("xprtrdma: Fix helper that drains the
transport") replaced the ib_drain_qp() call, so update documenting
comments to reflect current operation.
