Quan Zhou b4ab605e2f KVM: riscv: selftests: Add bfloat16 extension to get-reg-list test

The KVM RISC-V allows Zfbfmin/Zvfbfmin/Zvfbfwma extensions for Guest/VM
so add them to get-reg-list test.
