Zhu Yi 80e5b06a1b cfg80211: fix NULL dereference in IBSS SIOCGIWAP ...

This patch avoids memcpy from wdev->wext.ibss.bssid if it is NULL.
This could happen if we SIOCGIWAP before SIOCSIWAP.
