Rickard Strandqvist 59dfdd9228 brcmfmac: dhd_sdio.c: Cleaning up missing null-terminate in conjunction with strncpy ...

Replacing strncpy with strlcpy to avoid strings that lacks null terminate.
And changed from using strncat to strlcat to simplify code.
