Kevin Hao a903904c5f fork: remove redundant TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE 
TASK_KILLABLE already includes TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE, so there is no
need to add a separate TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE.
