Alexei Starovoitov a7e172aa4c bpf: Introduce bpf_timer_cancel_async() kfunc 
Introduce bpf_timer_cancel_async() that wraps hrtimer_try_to_cancel()
and executes it either synchronously or defers to irq_work.
