Ville Syrjälä a5fac6761c drm/i915/vrr: Compute fixed refresh rate timings the same way as CMRR timings ...

Unify the VRR timing computation stuff a bit having both the
fixed refresh rate and CMRR cases assign the crtc_state->vrr
stuff in exactly the same way.
