Wolfram Sang a43ff82ece mmc: tmio: remove obsolete TMIO_BBS 
Since commit 10c7fcbd0f ("ARM: shmobile: sh7372: Remove ZBOOT
MMC/SDHI support"), this define is not needed anymore.
