James Bottomley 0e935c9eba [SCSI] fas216: fix up the previous fas216 commit ...

Apparently the fix to [SCSI] fas216: Use scsi_eh API for REQUEST_SENSE
invocation didn't show up in the final version sent to linus.

Correct this omission.
