Jiawei Zhao 919319b4ed libbpf: Correct some typos and syntax issues in usdt doc ...

Fix some incorrect words, such as "and" -> "an", "it's" -> "its".  Fix
some grammar issues, such as removing redundant "will", "would
complicated" -> "would complicate".
