Breno Leitao be884c15de net: fill in MODULE_DESCRIPTION()s for PCS drivers 
W=1 builds now warn if module is built without a MODULE_DESCRIPTION().
Add descriptions to the Lynx, XPCS and LynxI PCS drivers.
