Jocelyn Falempe 948e195dfa drm/panic: depends on PRINTK 
drm_panic uses kmsg_dump_register() to register its panic handler, so
it won't work if CONFIG_PRINTK is not enabled.
Let's not pretend it could work without PRINTK, and depends
explicitly on it.
