Slark Xiao 209111d694 net: wwan: mhi_wwan_ctrl: Add NMEA channel support ...

For MHI WWAN device, we need a match between NMEA channel and
WWAN_PORT_NMEA type. Then the GNSS subsystem could create the
gnss device succssfully.
