Balaji Manoharan 8fde481ef3 usb: xhci: Fix for Enabling USB ROLE SWITCH QUIRK on INTEL_SUNRISEPOINT_LP_XHCI 
This fix enables USB role feature on intel commercial nuc
platform which is based on Kabylake chipset.
