Vladimir Oltean c8659bd9d1 selftests: forwarding: ethtool_mm: fall back to aggregate if device does not report pMAC stats ...

Some devices do not support individual 'pmac' and 'emac' stats.
For such devices, resort to 'aggregate' stats.
