Bjorn Andersson 876a6d25ac Merge branch 'ib-qcom-quad-spi' of https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-pinctrl into arm64-for-6.4 
Merge the support for output-enable/disable in the pinctrl-msm driver,
to ensure that bisection across the following SC7180/SC7280 DeviceTree
changes result in something electrically sound.
