Pavel Begunkov fee9ac0664 net: remove SOCK_SUPPORT_ZC from sockmap 
sockmap replaces ->sk_prot with its own callbacks, we should remove
SOCK_SUPPORT_ZC as the new proto doesn't support msghdr::ubuf_info.
