Julia Lawall 8a7aef2cb3 powerpc/iommu: Use permission-specific DEVICE_ATTR variants ...

Use DEVICE_ATTR_RW for read-write attributes.  This simplifies the
source code, improves readbility, and reduces the chance of
inconsistencies.
