Manish Chopra 89ffd14ee9 qede: Validate unsupported configurations ...

Validate and prevent some of the configurations for
unsupported [by firmware] inputs [for example - mac ext,
vlans, masks/prefix, tos/tclass] via ethtool -N/-U.
