Dmitry Torokhov 8291ffa3e5 Input: inport - remove driver ...

Inport (ATI XL and Microsoft) mice use specialized bus interface
implemented via an ISA add-in card. Have been superseded by PS/2 and
then USB, and are historical curiosity by now.

Remove the driver.
