Paolo Bonzini 80fd663590 selftests: kvm: revamp MONITOR/MWAIT tests ...

Run each testcase in a separate VMs to cover more possibilities;
move WRMSR close to MONITOR/MWAIT to test updating CPUID bits
while in the VM.
