Takashi Iwai 7ffeb6ceda media: ivtv: Clean up ALSA PCM API usages 
With the recent  change in ALSA PCM core, the whole open-coded vmalloc
buffer handling in this driver can be dropped by replacing with the
managed buffer allocation.
