Pull LoongArch updates from Huacai Chen:

 - Adjust build infrastructure for 32BIT/64BIT

 - Add HIGHMEM (PKMAP and FIX_KMAP) support

 - Batch the icache maintenance for jump_label

 - Add more atomic instructions support for BPF JIT
