Mauro Carvalho Chehab 791edca568 media: dmx.h: get rid of unused DMX_KERNEL_CLIENT ...

There's a flag defined for Digital TV demux that is not used
anywhere, called DMX_KERNEL_CLIENT. Get rid of it.
