Mika Westerberg 77fc5ff64f mfd: lpss: Add Intel Kaby Lake PCH-H PCI IDs 
Intel Kaby Lake PCH-H has the same LPSS than Intel Sunrisepoint. Add the new
IDs to the list of supported devices.
