Kunihiko Hayashi d06cbe9cbb net: ethernet: ave: enable Rx drop interrupt ...

This enables AVE_GI_RXDROP interrupt factor. This factor indicates
depletion of Rx descriptors and the handler counts the number
of dropped packets.
