Kees Cook 1c542f38ab mm: Introduce kvcalloc() ...

The kv*alloc()-family was missing kvcalloc(). Adding this allows for
2-argument multiplication conversions of kvzalloc(a * b, ...) into
kvcalloc(a, b, ...).
