Dmitry Baryshkov 71e00fc0af drm/msm/mdss: export UBWC data ...

DPU programming requires knowledge of some of UBWC parameters. This
results in duplication of UBWC data between MDSS and DPU drivers. Export
the required data from MDSS driver.
