Krzysztof Wilczynski 6e0688dbff PCI: Use bridge window names (PCI_BRIDGE_IO_WINDOW etc) 
Use bridge resource definitions instead of using the PCI_BRIDGE_RESOURCES
constant with an integer offeset.
