Alan Stern 67ddbb3e65 HID: add NOGET quirk for Eaton Ellipse MAX UPS ...

This patch (as1603) adds a NOGET quirk for the Eaton Ellipse MAX UPS
device.  (The USB IDs were already present in hid-ids.h, apparently
under a different name.)
