Mukul Joshi 62f6b1162e drm/amdgpu: Enable SDMA utilization for Arcturus ...

SDMA utilization calculations are enabled/disabled by
writing to SDMAx_PUB_DUMMY_REG2 register. Currently,
enable this only for Arcturus.
