Colin Ian King 5c17a07cff net: dsa: bcm_sf2: remove redundant variable off 
Variable 'off' is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'off' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
