Mark folios with NETFS_FOLIO_COPY_TO_CACHE whilst issuing subreqs rather than when collecting them. This means that the collector thread doesn't have to try and keep track of which subreqs contribute to which folios - and thus which folios will need to be copied to the cache because at least one byte wasn't in the cache. Instead, this is marked on the folios up front and the collector need only consider the folios. For PG_private_2-using filesystems, PG_private_2 is set instead of NETFS_FOLIO_COPY_TO_CACHE, but otherwise it works the same. The NETFS_RREQ_COPY_TO_CACHE is replaced with NETFS_RREQ_CANCEL_CACHING, which is now set if caching fails somewhere, thereby causing the collection thread to cancel the copy-to-cache marks on the remaining folios.
