David Rientjes 4e52b538e3 HID: wacom: fix build breakage without CONFIG_LEDS_CLASS 
CONFIG_HID_WACOM must depend on CONFIG_LEDS_CLASS, otherwise
CONFIG_NEW_LEDS may be disabled.
