Mauro Carvalho Chehab 4d7f6319fa docs: kdoc: latex_fonts: Improve docstrings and comments ...

In preparation to document kernel-doc module, improve its
documentation.

Among the changes, it had to place the xml template inside
a code block, as otherwise doc build would break.
